Rachel is definitely 15 out of 10. Not only because she’s really knowledgeable about the house and market, but also because of the amount of effort and time she put into helping me going through the process of buying the house. I was really impressed by her commitment and couldn’t appreciate more about what she did for me. When I almost gave up because of different issues with loans and how impossible it seemed to solve any, she constantly tried so hard to help me by dealing with lenders, going to house herself for any issues house have, and helping me with my other situations beyond her responsibility. Any problems with house she could immediately help me solve and helped me save money. I wouldn’t be able to get the house without her. No matter how many problems there are, she always fought for me and cared about my benefits. She spent months trying her best for me, brought other people to help me, and communicated about all the problems for me. She’s the most trustworthy agent I’ve ever seen and honestly what she did is way beyond any other agent would do for a client, it’s more like a friend and family. She is always available and responding immediately with any questions I have after I purchased the house too. I recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a house in Massachusetts. And if I’m going to get another house in the future I’m gonna go to her again.
